The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to email Orders@noknot.co with your order number with a covering note explaining the reason for the return within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the original packaging in order for us to accept your refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 working days upon receiving the item. 

Please include your original order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds. Please note we are unable to cover the cost of your return or provide a free returns label.
